  1. I wouldn't have been allowed all of the in my pre op diet lol! Maybe during the liquid post op, but not pre
  2. This is the post I was refering to because it was in response to something I posted. One can only assume that you were talking about me...
  3. I haven't had a problem with debating this. I do however have a problem with calling me stupid and the questioning what I would do with my own child because I don't think That has anything to do with this discussion and I am not a stupid person.
  4. That is exactly what I was trying to do..we are both entitled to our own opinion, but don't call me stupid because you don't agree with mine
  5. Awesome! Take care and good luck on your journey LBT is a great place for support and even that kick in the butt we all need every once in a while  lol
  6. I was down quite a bit too in the beginning...it's hard work sometimes though...but worth it!!!
  7. No problem. I'm always around if you need to talk  And way to go one taking the first step or at least asking about the lap band...it's a big step (even though it may not seem like it) and I'm proud of you for takin it
  8. Just make sure you follow the pre op diet to the T so you don't wake up with no band!!!
  9. A lot of women when they get pregnant need to get unfilled...it helps you get all the nutrients the baby and your body need. It also helps with the morning sickness...sounds to me like you're one of the ones that needs an unfill. Good luck!
  10. I'm 22 (almost 23). I got my band last year. I was 253 at 5'3''...which is kind of large for my height. Most surgeons require you to lose weight before the surgery (I had to lose like 7-10 pounds) in order to shrink your liver making the surgery safer and easier. They put me on a liquid (with one lean cuisine) diet for the weeks before my surgery! It was worth it. I got down to 192...then I had some stress so I gained some weight back, but as soon as I get past this I'm going to get a fill  It was so so worth it! I'm around if you ever need to talk!
  11. I already said in another post why I replied in here...
  12. I don't think he's a child molester...that is my opinion and I am entitled to it just as you are of yours. What happened to me was differnt...because it happened and I went to the police...My parents believed me and trusting me...I just do not think he is a child molestor
  13. I am far from being your "darlin". I don't even let my son stay alone with baby sitters. I am over protective of my son because of his problems...it has nothing to do with other people...it's just me. Those kids had permission from their parents before hand...blame the parents!
  14. I watched the interview about it and he said that it wasn't like that, that sharing your bed with people you love is one of the greatest things you can do...to him it was innocent...in his mind. I am not arguing that he wasn't troubled,,,he was we all are to some extent in different ways. I went a different way then he did. I was abused/raped/molested when I was younger and it caused me to grow up fast instead of "staying young"...we all handle things differently and not all of them are the right choices.
  15. Please just stop. Go about you bashing of MJ, but please stop making fun of me. It's sad and disgusting! I didn't even do anything that would justify being picked on. Please just stop!
  16. I have done nothing to cause anyone to have to "bite their tongues" I have just offered my side of the discussion!
  17. Again I didn't say that I didn't like how it was coming across or not...I simply said that is how it was coming across and it was a civil discussion until you came in here making personal attacks towards me. Grow up!
  18. I may be young, but I am not stupid. Please stop turning this into a personal attack!
  19. Why are you attacking me...Those parents gave permission!
  20. I have the right to stand up for the other side. I'm sorry if this was just meant to be a bashing post with no opposition! For crying out loud. I am entitled to my opinion as are you!
  21. Will everyone please stop putting words in my mouth. I did not say I was offended I just said that that is the way this thread comes across!
  22. This thread not only attacks the issue/MJ it also attacks those that loved/respected him.
  23. Ohh well thank you for holding your tongue long enough to make your own thread so you could vomit out your lies and incomplete facts...thank you
  24. I'm not saying you need to respect HIM because of his death, but it would be nice if you could show a little respect for the people mourning his death...
