Urgent Fill Opinions Needed - Please
I agree with the other poster's. If you can't even keep liquids down it is not good, dehydration happens fairly quickly. Please post your progress. Mimi

Surgery Question
Nope, no wake up issues. The breathing tube is almost always gone by the time you remember waking up. Mimi

Being Defilled in December= Disaster :/
I had to get a defill Dec 15th and have gained 8 pounds, so I feel your pain. I think Teacher07 said something supportive and true......we are still DOWN and it isn't the end of the world, it is a temporary wt gain and a signal for us to dig in and get back on the plan. I can't get an appt for 2 whole weeks, so I am going to try to count calories and increase my treadmill time......and try to be kind to myself and not beat myself up as a failure. Good luck to you, too. Mimi

Sweet 106lbs down!!!
Congratulations, you have done very very well!!!! Mimi

WHICH DO U Perferr????
1% is a nice compromise. Not as fatty as 2% but not as thin as skim. Mimi

I am STARVING!
Just do the best you can, you will average out your wt loss when you get restriction. I had to get an unfill 2 wks ago and my next fill isn't til 1-14 so I am struggling, too. Try and keep your calorie count to 1500 and walk as much as possible or exercise as tolerated. I know it feels like a set back, but except for "dieting" there is nothing you can do. Know that you are in good company!!!! Best wishes, Mimi

Sweet spot...yeah baby!
Congratulations, Elfie. Sounds like you have some good restriction going on!!!! Mimi

Does Anyone Know What Happen To Luluc
I was wondering where she went to, also!!! I miss her posts, too. Mimi

I messed up...
What you are going through is what happened to me and why I don't try soda any more. Like your doc said, I could not burp and it was scary and painful for hours. Good luck, Mimi

Ohhh- I made a mistake!
Good luck for a speedy approval and OR date!!!!! Mimi

Dumb unfill / Fill too much
I agree, you are way too tight. That is no way to live. If you got 1cc fill then ask for .25 or .5 unfill. My last unfill was too much (1.125) and I have gained 5 pounds over the holidays. I wish I had only gotten .5, but it is too late to moan....can't get an appt til 1/14 so I will have to try on my own and then make up for lost time. I did enjoy all the Holiday meals with family with no PB or sliming!!! Best wishes, Mimi

Not Confident Enough
Any activity you do will be good. As you gain strength and coordination maybe you will want to go to the gym, but you can get a great work out from what you have listed. As soon as you can, incorporate 2 or 3 pound dumb bells into your work out. Best wishes, Mimi

Surgery 12-28-09
Best wishes, Lisa. I agree, if you can see through it it is fair game. Has your surgeon banned all caffeine or just soda? Mimi

Kate's "The Works" special
Bewbs and arms, but just bewb lift and inherent reduction, not implants. If I decide on implants later I can get them in March when I have my TT. I am way older than you and don't expect bewbs like yours, but it would sure be nice, LOL. Mimi

Kate's "The Works" special
Just 8 days, Kate. I hope I have not committed to going back to work too soon, I use my arms a lot at work, I write a lot, transcribing and carrying out doctor's orders. I am only taking off 16 days. Thanks for the update on your progress. I hate that you are having that strange feeling in your tummy. You made me laugh with your "intervention" comment!!!!! When will the stitches come out of your arms? Mimi
