I can't eat.
Everytime I get hungry just the thought of the soft food that I'm suppose to eat makes me want to vomit. I get up go to the fridge and sit back down because I can't stomach anything. I'm currently forcing a protein shake down my throat because I feel so sick and weak. I feel like I'm constantly car sick. I have no energy to get up and do house work. I'm in a lost... Is anyone else struggling this bad? I'm still drinking water all day but I can't eat... I hate food.

Feeling very defeated...not sure it was worth it now...
Be mindful about what you eat. Definitely consult your Dr and if your nutritionist isn't helping you maybe consider looking for a second opinion. Weigh your food like you said you are and only eat that and have Water most of the day. I know this feels stressful but the stress will cause you to fall back into old habits especially if you're an emotional eater. Take a deep breath and make sure you are keeping a food journal and stay under your calorie intake. You got this!

Going on 3 weeks post op and can't drink or eat anything
That's how I was when I first started my 3-weeks I think what it is is that you're not drinking enough or eating enough so your body is not used to it so I say talk to your doctor about it and keep trying to get your liquids in even if it's just tiny sips just keep sipping all day

Bullying post op
I say take some time for self care. **** like that hurts and it's ok to feel hurt but try to remind yourself how far you've come. Look at a before photo, maybe spend some quiet time with yourself. I once had total stranger throw water at me and call me a fat pig and it still hurts today but everyday I remind myself how strong iam and what I'm doing this for. Sending you lots of hugs ❤️

What to eat in the soft food stage?
I am allowed to have soft boil egg with a little mayo, sweet potato, mash potatoes, Greek yogurt, refried beans and recently tried the ricotta cheese bake.
