Does everyone get a boob job after weight loss?
I had great boobs before surgery I loved them. Now they are depressing so I'll be getting that fixed. Just sacks of air now

Ring Size?!
Yeah I went to a Holiday gathering last weekend and wore some size 9 rings well I lost them all. They feel off I didn't realize and I guess now I should buy some new rings. Luckily it wasn't anything sentimental [emoji3061]

how did surgery save you money?
Definitely food. I use to eat out a lot. Also prescription meds. I think my clothing budget is what I mostly spend money on now [emoji1787]

1 Year PostOp
Hey Yall Its been a minute since I posted life has been lifeing lol. So tomorrow is my 1 year check up I actually don't complete a year until Friday but the appointment is early. I've decided for my mental sake I'm not going to go. Since surgery I've lost 63lbs not that I'm not proud but honestly just thought I would be further along. I've lost 102 from my highest weight but from surgery it's been really slow. I've had some many victories this year. My a1c is 5.2 it was 7.6 last year, I'm wearing a 16, I was in a 26 last year. My BP is in good range. I can work out for an hour. I have traveled something serious this year and don't need a seat belt extender. All the positive and i still feel like I failed. I'm hoping next year I can keep moving forward and pull myself out of this slump. Happy Surgery Anniversary to me.

Social eating after gastric sleeve
I'm 5 months out and just use moderation. I go out with friends and just take what I don't eat home. I occasionally drink a cocktail. I still wait 30 minutes between eating and drinking. When eating with family I focus on protein. I just try to do my best to make the best choices but don't beat myself up to bad for having a social life

Nonstop Cycle
Thanks everyone! I appreciate everyone's insight. I figured it might have been hormone related but just wasn't sure. Hopefully this ends soon [emoji854]

Nonstop Cycle
Hello, Before I begin if you are male you can exit the post. Soooooo ladies I was sleeved 12/16 I began taking low birth control about a month before. Periods have been pretty normal until this month. I've literally been on my cycle for about a month now and my OBGYN doesn't seem concerned saying it's the birth control regulating......what from 5 months ago?!?!? So my aunt brought up that it could be the surgery so has anyone experienced anything like this before???? I'm just a little nervous because I've never experienced this before? [emoji28] sorry this is tmi but someone give me some online insight.... I've been to the Dr already

Weight gain or standstill
Yes just keep at it. Follow your program and ignore that darn scale. I barely get on the scale nowadays. I just measure inches and compare myself in clothes. I was in a 4x before surgery I'm in a 2x and some 1x. Also took a trip and no longer need a extender for the seat belt. Those victories alone let me know I'm moving in the right direction.

Weight gain or standstill
Hey! So I'm still hanging in there. Weight loss is still very slow. I'm down 42lbs it's a daily war seems like but I figure some progress is better than none.
