You will start to feel full after getting a fill. Just hang in there and be patient.

My hair is falling out really really bad. I can't even hardly stand to run my fingers thru it, because it feels so thin and stringy. At least reading all the posts on this thread, I can take some comfort and know I am not alone. I haven't come to LBT in a long time, but I am glad I came today..... you girls here can always get me out of a funk!!!! Thanks all you LBTr's

They really aren't that bad, so don't be nervous. Hopefully this will help with your hunger. You will be fine.

Maybe that's what I should do!!! Get up early and exercise before the kids get up.....then maybe I could actually get thru my whole routine without them bothering me! Your weight loss is awesome!!!

I notice mine more now than I did right after the surgery, but I think I notice it more because of the weight loss. I am short and it is right at the level of my bathroom counter, I bump it all the time when I am getting ready in the morning.(ouch)

Beautiful house Tricia!!! You are lucky! Victorian Houses are wonderful and they look so great decorated at Christmas time.

Sliming is Gross!!!! Sorry you have had to experience it already!

My weight loss has been okay. I am down 19 pounds. I have had 2 fills and have a total of 1.5cc in a 10cc band. I will be getting a 3rd fill next week Only people who know I have had the surgery have said anything about my weight loss. The real deal will be when my brother or sister notice.... I never told them I was having surgery(and my mom has kept the secret). I notice my shrinking because I am able to wear clothes I haven't been able to wear in a while. I have had a couple of complications, both involved the tubing. I had emergency surgery 13 days after the placement of the lapband, to put the tubining back in place and shorten it some. The 2nd time the tubing kinked, it resolved itself within 3 days. I have had several sliming incidents(gross!!!!!) and a foaming incident(not as gross!!!) and 1 pb(not so bad). Overall I am happy with my band, and know that she will help me reach my goal!!!!

Oh my, I am so glad you got your MIL out. I hope it stops raining there soon and the sun comes out!!! BTW we need rain...send some our way!
