George Bush: Worst American president in history
not everyone is anti-bush because I am. But the big majority of Americans think Bush has been a disaster to this county.

George Bush: Worst American president in history
I stand corrected CNN/Opinion Research Poll taken 7/27 - 8/29 Wrong Track 76% Right Track 24% Looks like the 76% educate themselves too. Where is it Bush's fault, please don't take us for fools.

George Bush: Worst American president in history
80% of this country think were headed in the WRONG direction. That about answers the question of Bush's time in office.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
aprilapple, you have got to get TIVO. I just watched the View and could not believe that the ladies did what MSM should have done. I also just completed watching all the Palin interviews. She says she ready on day one but did not answer how McCain/Palin ticket would differ from Bush on the economy. I seems to me the economy is pretty important to Americans right know. They need to take her back to her undisclosed location and feed her some more talking points. I donate what I can for charity and sponsor a child with Christian Childrens Fund. I am trying to teach my son to help those who can not help themselves. I can do more being a volunteer with my church, my sons school and in politics. Regarding McCain giving so much more to charity it might because his wife is a billionaire and they live off her inheritance giving him alot more dispossable income. Biden, Obama and I am sure Palin live off their incomes from the respected jobs.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
I never said she deserved it. You did not understand what I said. Again where did I say she deserved it? I do know how throwing a bomb makes people react, I have been watching it for two days of lipsticks on a pig.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
I never said she deserved it. I said they horrible things to say. And equally horrible things have been said about Obama and Biden by Republicans operatives. Sorry if I don't have all day to list each one. Liberals also read the paper watch all channels and do their own research on the internet. But I must admit I cannot stand more than 5 minutes of Rush and his rantings about the drive by's. Let's see if we can get away from the distractions of this election and back to the issues. The American people deserve to know where both parties are coming from. The distraction is only serving the Rebulicans right know and that is why they are doing it.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
And crap has never been said about Obama or Biden? Please did you watch the Republican Convention. Both parties say horrible things about it other. If Palin is tough enough to be VP she can take it. Or are we suppose to handle her with kit gloves. Oh, if only Hillary got that treatment.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
The quotes mentioned about Palin that you say are not fair are made because she won't answer questions. Until she let's America see who she is and what she thinks people will speculate. Since when did Republicans care about things being fair. LOL

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
Biden was on Meet the Press last Sunday. He has been on the show over 20 times in his career. She has no interviews scheduled. She wants to be VP of the US with a president that is 72 years old and battled cancer. They are trying to run the clock out so she does not have to answer the tough questions because she is not prepared to be a heart beat away from the White House. I'll bet her next interview will be Fox News.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
Indiogirl, They are trying to distract Americans so they don't have to answer the tough questions. They are wrong on policy and would rather we discuss lipstick on a pig. John McCain is not the man I have respected for over two decades.

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
I do know that Palin is interviewed today for a "Barbara Walter's type interview" with Charlier Gibson to be aired on 2020 tomorrow night. Hardly "Meet the Press". Where else is she going to answer tough questions? She has nothing scheduled. Obama has been interviewed everywhere including Fox New with Bill O'Rielly. He has answered tough question without a telepromter. He has debated a number of times in the primary. We have heard Obama, McCain and Biden speak without a telepromter. Not in recent history has a candidate for President of VP not been answered questions for 2 weeks after their announced. What is it that the McCain campaign is affraid of?

Are We Ready For A Woman VP?
I have been off the site for a few weeks busy with work and so much has happened. I am absolutely ready for a women president or vice president but not Sarah Palin. Although I respect her rise in Alaska politics that is very male dominated she is not fit to be Vice President as far as we know. We know nothing about her the McCain staff has not told us. Why won't she interview with any news media. Makes me wonder what she is hiding. If she cannot stand up and be interviewed on "Meet the Press" with Tom Brokaw how is she going to handle Russia, Iran and North Korea. She is a very attractive candidate but with less than two months to the election she won't answer questions or talk without a telepromter.

July 21st Mexico bound! Anyone else?
I got banded on 7/7. Dr. Ortiz told my father after the surgery that I had a small hiatal hernia that her repaired. I did not even know I had one. I agree email the clinic. I am sure Dr. Ortiz will work with you.
-
Well, I did it and I did it in Mexico!
I was banded by Dr. Ortiz on July 7th and am doing very well. When my local dr. suggested I check out Dr. Ortiz I said no way but after my research and speaking to someone who went to Mexico I decided to go with him. It was a good experience. Everything was how they said it would be. So far no regrets. I live in So Cali so Dr. Ortiz is easy for fills. I would recommend Dr. Ortiz to anyone.

July 21st Mexico bound! Anyone else?
I was banded on Monday and am doing well. Dr. Ortiz and his staff were great. The facility is beautiful. I have some gas and am a little tender but overall I fell good. I was up and walking 2 hours after my surgery. It was easier than I expected. I have no appetite so the clear liquid diet has been a piece of cake. I have no regrets so far. Let me know how your surgery goes.

Who's Getting Banded in July?
Hi I got banded on Monday by Dr. Ortiz. Feeling pretty good. I slept on my side the night of the surgery with no problems. I still have some gas and am tender but overall I am good. I have no appetite and eat 1/2 a popsicle at a time. I have lost 12 pounds including my preop diet. I don't get banded for 6 to 8 weeks. So far I am very pleased with the results.
