My doctor said the same thing, guess I had to hear it from someone that's going thru the journey.

HELP! I recently had gastric bypass, 6/16 to be exact. It's been 10 days and I have only lost 10 lbs [emoji35] is this normal? How much weight have you lost so far? Btw I had my 1st bowel-movement today for the first time since surgery, I feel like I should take magnesium citrate to get cleaned out..... but I'm just scared- I honestly don't want to make things worse.
