  2. https://www.amazon.com/Torani-Sugar-White-Chocolate-64-Ounce/dp/B000IEXK6E This is my favorite sub for white chocolate. I find the sauce to be a much superior sub than the syrup when it comes to coffees. What I like to do is order a skinny iced or hot plain latte then when I get home, add the sauce to it. Then it's literally the same thing only sugar free.

  7. Thank you for your response! I really appreciate it. It seems like Australia has more access to plant-based protein drinks and shakes than we do here, based on what I've been researching. For instance, that water sounds amazing but I can't seem to find anything like that here. :(

  11. Thank you, this was very helpful! Have you noticed any issues with this lifestyle? Are your labs normal and you're able to keep on track? I think my biggest fear is protein not absorbing well enough. Have you ever had to worry about kidney stones? Do you have a recommended brand for the vegan protein water? Thank you immensely for all of your help!

  15. I never tried Nioxin. Personally, time is the only thing that worked for my hair loss. And I tried everything-shampoos, biotin, etc. Don't get discouraged! It is only temporary and it will grow back.
  16. Thank you for sharing that link. You're right though, it definitely doesn't get a lot of traffic and isn't the most helpful resource. ?
  17. Hello everyone! Its been quite a long time since I've utilized this site, but I'm itching to get people's opinions on something. Lately, I've been stewing on becoming plant-based, or at least, mostly plant-based. Can this be done as someone who's had WLS? Would it be difficult to meet protein goals? Has anyone on here tried it, or does it? There's a good possibility this question has already been asked on here before, and I just can't find it. But I am curious. Any thoughts on this are appreciated! Thank you.
  18. I've used Citrical Petites and my levels always come back normal. It's a lot easier to get because you don't have to special order it from a website, plus, there's generic versions of it too. The only thing is you do have to take two tablets FOUR times a day, and you have to crush them and either dissolve them in a beverage or mix them in food. If you want to avoid any possibility of sugar, Celebrate multivitamin capsules are excellent. You can buy them either on this site's store, or directly from their website https://celebratevitamins.com/products/multi-complete-45?variant=7642367197231. They are based out of a town only 30 minutes from me, so I tend to trust them a bit more than most brands since I know where they're coming from. Good luck!

I seem to be having difficulty uploading the document for whatever reason, so if you're interested in recipes, kindly send me a private message asking what you're looking for and I'll see if I can find anything to help.
