Blood pressure crashed, I passed out walking to the kitchen.
Honestly I can use the diuretic part. Even with stool softeners my poop has been hard to pass.

Blood pressure crashed, I passed out walking to the kitchen.
I have been on Lisinopril hctz 20/25 for around 8 years. I got up from my recliner and went around 10 steps, I saw black and passed out cold. My wife said I was out around 45 seconds to a minute. I got up, I luckily landed on my back, my head hurts pretty bad from smacking the laminate flooring. I will stay up for at least 5 hrs tonight to make sure I'm alright. Wife insist that I stay up. I checked my blood pressure after sitting in the kitchen island stool. Was 72 over 68. Never even been under 100 on the lower side. I haven't taken my blood pressure medication yet, so I removed all of them for every night in my pill organizer. So I'll call my primary care physician tomorrow morning and let him know what happened. Damn my head and right shoulder feels like they are going to bruise. Be careful getting up y'all. I looked online and it seems that it could take up to 3 days to get the blood pressure medication out of my system.

2 weeks today since my RNY surgery. Doing and eating great.
I remember you had the surgery the same day. I'm glad you are doing good. I was in heaven with the lunch meat, that was the first thing I tried during my liquid stage. After that was the low fat great value brand mozzarella cheese sticks. They pull apart into thin sections so they were easier on my new stomach. Hope this helps you and keep up the good work! I actually had to increase my calories to 800 a day before I started loosing weight again. I eat 3 main proteins and 3 snacks like yogurt, salmon, cheese stick, or lunch meat a day. So really 6 proteins a day.

gastric bypass side effects
That's strange because pre and post liquid diets I had constipation. Still do if I don't take 3 stool softener liquid gel tabs a day.

How are my fellow December surgeries doing?
I haven't thrown up one time, my mouth has heavily watered up like I was going to up Chuck, but it hasn't happened yet.

I like both coffee and tea. As far as tea goes, I prefer Oolong Da hong Pao tea. It's naturally has fruity notes and I still drink it either with no sugar substitute or with a tbsp of honey, it pairs great with honey. I have a pound of the loose leaves. Have a couple of cups usually around noonish. I asked our local Chinese restaurant what kind it was several times before the owner would tell me. It also makes a great sweet cold tea with Monk fruit/erithritol in it.

How are my fellow December surgeries doing?
My main priority is to keep the muscle I have, so it's all proteins, liquids, calcium citrate, and vitamins for right now. My stomach is flattening out without loose skin. Also the only thing that my labs showed low was vitamin D, so I added that to my meds as well. By the way so far I've eaten scrambled, fried, and hard boiled eggs. So hopefully you will be able to soon. My new RNY stomach is liking anything I'm giving it. I ate 3oz of air fried chicken breast with garlic, onion, rosemary, salt, pepper, cajon mix, and lemon pepper sprinkled on it last night. No gurgling and no distress, so I think my new tummy liked it. I just started taking 3 stool softeners yesterday, I have three in my pill dispenser for each day this week. Hopefully I'll blow out today. I just made coffee, going to drink 3 cups which equals 33oz so hopefully that will help me go poop. Hope your problems work there way out soon as well.

I actually had to raise my calories to 800 a day before I dropped 2 more pounds. Before I know it I will be eating sushi again. Without the rice. Damn I want some wasabi.

Technically I have. When I saw my surgeon the first time he asked me what was my goal weight, I said 220lbs. I've since changed my mind. 170 to 175 is my goal now.

2 weeks today since my RNY surgery. Doing and eating great.
My surgeon was told before surgery that I don't care for mushy foods, he said I can be the blender then by chewing well. I didn't ask about the spices. He said try different items and wait an hour before drinking, if no pains or dumping then drink and try something different each meal or day. So far I can't complain. I see my surgeon on the 20th and I will have the list of items that have been tolerated so far. Hated cheddar cheese before surgery but love it now very small 1oz amounts. Still love pepper jack cheese at 1oz at a time as well.

I have always been a fast healer. I guess that's the reason, but I'm not complaining.

2 weeks today since my RNY surgery. Doing and eating great.
Well so far my stomach has handled all the foods that I've swallowed over the last week. Of course around 1oz to 2oz at a time well chewed (otherwise noted weights). 4oz of air-fryed Oldbay seasoned salmon fillet fits perfect, 3oz of air-fryed lemon pepper chicken breast, 4oz air fryed Oldbay seasoned Mahi Mahi, 3oz apple/cherry/hickory smoked pulled pork without sauce (not needed damn it was good. I smoked and vacuum sealed the day before surgery), 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts, and 4 oz air fryed shrimp with Oldbay seasoning. I am very happy with my progress so far. I'll stick with meats, seeds and nuts for another couple of weeks and then try to incorporate some veggies. I hope everyone is healing well.

My mother said she no longer wants to talk or see me anymore.
Well there's a update for y'all. My mother showed up at my house after not being able to call me. She's blocked. She profusely apologized over and over again for being a bi#ch about my surgery. She said she is jealous and can't help it. She said she still wants me in her life. I asked her, what for? She said she was sorry for saying she should of aborted me and would like to work our problems out. I told she needs to work her problems out as I'm just fine without her. She asked me to unblock her and I told her I will call her if I ever need to. I told her not to hold her breath. And then she left. I don't know if I should take her seriously, or did she just wanted to see my weight right now since she hasn't seen me in a little over a year. Either way I didn't invite her in my house.

I tell my wife I'm trying to pass a tree trunk. I had RNY on 12/31 and have been eating solids for over a week now. Shake in the morning, Salmon for lunch, chicken or Mahi Mahi for dinner. All proteins and chewable one a day vitamins in including 3 calcium citrate pills. I lost so much weight before surgery that I'm in a having a hard time dropping now. Only down 2 or 3 pounds. I can measure the fat is coming off but the pounds are not. Good news is I haven't lost any noticable muscle mass. Currently 218lbs.

R&Y Bypass 12/31/2019. New Year's Revolution!
No I haven't had a hot or cold problem at all. I did have a problem getting 64oz of water in till I tried a suggestion from a friend that had a bypass 3 yrs ago. She told me to try fruit punch flavored crystal light. It's sugar free. Since I love fruit punch anyways I bought some. It was to sweet for me so I doubled the water and now get in over 80oz most days. Hope this helps you.
