  1. yeah i really only have it at the bottom of my stomach. and even there it isnt too bad, i think im gonna be fortunate enough to not have to get surgery. we shall see. keep killing it though! i follow a lot of what you say.
  2. i was humbled to get on the scale this morning and see 239.0. This surgery has been the best thing ive ever done. As everyone else says "i just wish i had did it sooner." I hope everyone has a happy thanksgiving and enjoy your day. Thanks for the support.
  3. well, just some encouragement, i was in a 10 day stall and it just broke. 3 pound loss out of nowhere. it will break. just keep going!!
  4. welll everyone, i think i am in the clear. i got on the scale this morning and i was 3 pounds down!!! hopefully were back on the road!!!
  5. i exercise 5-6 days a week. i do crossfit. Its not for everyone but i love it and think its why im doing well.
  6. i just hit 4 months and i hit a stall. But i knew it would happen eventually. Just stick to your program!! I know its hard but you got this. Im continuing everything the same and i know it will break. going on 9 days at the same weight, Sucks but im not going to regress. Keep it going!!
  7. yes i think youre right. i actually did this with my 3 week stall a few months ago. i think thats a good idea. i will check on monday again. thanks for reminding me!!!
  8. yeah im preparing myself mentally. i know ive come a long way in a short time so i wont get discouraged. i am nervous but ill be just fine lol
  9. yeah im gonna see what happens after another week. if no change then maybe ill switch something up.
  10. Alright guys, im currently in the middle of a stall. but im not panicking at all. its been a week and my weight has stayed the exact same every single morning. (im a daily weigher) My diet hasnt changed at all, and neither has my exercise, so i know this is just part of the process. This forum prepared me for this though, so i will keep track on here how my stall is going. its only been a week, could be a few more. Who knows. Hopefully it break soon! But ill keep at it regardless.
  11. Every surgeon is different. after 10 days my doctor told me there was no physical activity i could do that would damage what he did to my stomach, only being sore could hold me back. Well it didnt and i started crossfit on day 11 and havent stopped with zero issues. But thats just me. Everyone is different.
  12. i have every single days since surgery. all is good, im losing like crazy and i make good choices. mary is my girl.
  13. lol!! i was waiting for someone to say that. yes the girl in the jeans is the one im seeing. hahaha thank you though! i appreciate it
  14. if im being honest its definitely true for me. I had the same girl since high school show interest in me, and i would never allow her in close to me because i didnt feel i was good enough for her. (thats my own ****). i got the surgery and i finally had the confidence to take her out because of the surgery. and now we are dating and im happier then ever. but i would have never before because i didnt feel enough, even tho she constantly tells me shes not with me because of the weight loss. so yeah i had this surgery to get healthy, but god damn it i wanted to look good too.
  15. yeah i think im gonna do the one in cross keys nj. im down by AC
  16. ive always had a dream of skydiving but i was always too heavy. You have to be 250 to be able to do it. This was my first goal and this morning i hit it. I should be taking the jump within the next few weeks. i cant wait!!!
  17. deli turkey roll ups! easy go to for me
  18. i was right where you are. the first two weeks my weight flew off, and then i stayed the same for a few week. i remember thinking, i already failed and this isnt gonna work for me. im doing something wrong. WRONG. i was soooooooo wrong. please just trust the process. stick to your diet. get your liquids in and at least try to walk once a day. in 2 months you will see a huge difference. just keep going. its going to be hard to talk your brain out of what it is already thinking. but please just sit back and enjoy this ride. i do this almost every single day and its been working for me 8am protein shake 10am - protein snack (almonds, quest chips) 12pm- another protein shake 2pm- protein snack dinner - some kind of protein meat and a veggie. i eat the protein first and if i can get to veggie then great. sugar free ice pop for and later cravings 800-1000 cal/ day of me. this is just me. what has worked for me. started 386 surgery -340 7/10 today 254 10/31 most importantly just breath. you are going to kill this!!
  19. july 10th -340 today- 254
