MJ use for pain

I know surgery requires you to stop nicotine use( not an issue) due to nicotine potentially causing issues but wondering if anyone has used MJ for post op pain or even just recreational? Would there be any possible complications ?

Used a spray instead of the liquid Vicotin that gave me, will use occasionally recreationally as well with no longer getting the munchies. Way ahead of schedule weight loss and all labs are excellent. Your mileage may vary.

I would use it as I have pretty severe chronic pain, but I hate smoke. I may check out other forms like the person stated above.

Good luck!

P.S. I live in a legal state.

If you use edibles just be careful of the sugar content--if you've had an RNY you wouldn't want to dump from the sugar. There's some low sugar edibles out there--check with your friend Google to find them.
