For the men who had 100lbs + to lose i need help!!!
Crossfit -a high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. Every gym is different but they have the same idea. And yes, i do crossfit 4 days a week and ill usually run a couple miles 2 other days a week. Once in a while ill work out biceps and triceps at the gym after my cardio but thats about it.

For the men who had 100lbs + to lose i need help!!!
I too was concerned about loose skin. While it will probably be impossible not to have some loose skin, im very happy with my results so far. i am 2.5 months post op and have dropped 60. My doctor cleared me after two weeks to go back to working out. Since then i started crossFit. THIS IS JUST MY EXPERIENCE. And i freaking love it. I was an overweight athlete my whole life. Crossfit fills that need for competing that i love. Im starting to get definition in my arms and legs and i have VERY little loose skin on my arms. Maybe its something you want to try. Idk. I just know its working for me and i love it. And i still maintain a 800 cal diet and get all my water and protein in.

Belching was minimal for me too. And not to be nasty, but i was having serious gas pains 24 hours post op and that next night i must have farted a good 20 times. The next morning felt like a new man, all i felt was a little abdominal pain like i did a ab work out. It will pass my man. And its worth every minute. Just get through these next couple weeks. Call your surgeon! I didnt experience it but any discomfort should not be ignored!- 3 pounds away from 300!
i finally got over the hump!! 299! Phew that was brutal. Was in a mini stall but stayed the course. Cheers!- Disneyland/Theme Park Post Op Experiences?
I waited in some lines. It wasnt too busy. Longest wait was 45 minutes. And i was fine. I always had a bottle of water with me and i bought a couple protein snacks. I walked as soon as i could everyday after surgey as well, so i felt great. I highly recommend walking a lot so youre ready for it. But overall i felt better then i have in a long time at a park. I fit on everything and i wasnt sweating terribly. it was a great experience. I hope you have a great time.- Disneyland/Theme Park Post Op Experiences?
As far as rides go, Im 6 weeks post, and last week i went to six flags and went on every roller coaster they had. Doc told me i was good to go. i didnt feel any discomfort. But hey thats me. I would say start off light and go from there. Youll know what you can and cannot do,- snacks
