  2. Nerves! We all have been there! Concentrate on your end goals. Stay prayerful. Stay positive. Stay focused. You got this!
  3. I am a mature/newbie sleever and it took about six months to follow my road map before obtaining a recent surgery date. Patience is a virtue as it is said. I haven't a lot of weight but my knees are feeling better.
  4. I am a mature sleever also 50 days out. In a weight loss stall but patience is required. Need to get more active with cardio and exercise in general. I prefer losing slowly. Good luck!
  5. It is good you found out about your heart by taking the stress test.
  6. Not exercising? Not bad! Continuous success!
