  3. When i left the hospital i was told anything the size of an M&M or smaller I could swallow.
  4. Fried ham, with mushrooms, and melted cheese drizzled in mustard has been my fave last couple days...air fried corn tortillas my nut allows with beans n cheese n seasoned. Greek yogurt frozen into popsicles is my night time snack...
  5. Had surgery April 8..things have been Awesome!!!! Been on regular food 2 weeks now, back to the pool a week now..none of my clothes fit but not ready to buy new ones yet ( have a few basics stashed from years ago) not super excited about the weight loss as but the energy I have and the chronic pain is gone. I am so happy I did this.
  6. Have you tried to eat something tastey? (My nut said 14-21 days blended) I had pureed beans ( homade) with a tiny bit of lite sour cream and cheese grated super fine. It was so pretty and in a beautiful dish. I have special tiny silverware. I really think being able to have my beans has really helped. It's the one food that has a lot of flavor for me that I can really enjoy. Perhaps there is something for you. I am 4 wks post up bypass. (I don't know how to fill out profile)
