Mostly yes, the same struggle most are having getting enough protein AND fluids...….how about you?

I suggest research..learn all you can about bariatric surgery. obesitycoverage.com is where I started. This will help you decide what surgery is best for you and has articles that take you through the entire process. This forum is helpful too, don't be afraid to ask questions oh an app i really like that also had a Facebook page is called Baritastic..I hope the best for you [emoji3]
