Hello how long did it take for the weight from the fluid from hospital come off, I left 10 pounds heavier. When dose the weight start falling off?

Hello I'm in Seattle, we are surgery twin!

My surgery is next week also on the 26th

Today was my pre-op appointment, my surgery is next Wednesday and I was informed that I should have my gallbladder removed at the same time has anyone had this done and are there any complications thank you. And how long was your hospital stay I'm starting to get nervous thank you.

My sister gifted me a cute mini spoon. I'm having sugar free jello for my snack. Protien shakes and for dinner, salmon, mixed veggies and jello. I meal prepped for the first time.

Today was my pre-op diet and I got on the scale and it went up 5 lbs since my last drs visit a month ago. I will admit I have been eating the foods I will no longer be able to eat for a long while... kind of to get it out my system, however I'm extremely nervous because now I have to really focus and do the pre-op diet wich is liquids and one healthy meal. The doctor did state that I needed to lose weight or the surgery could be put on hold! A ton of emotions and thoughts are going through my mind, will I make it? can I do it? what if I don't lose the weight? I just need some words of encouragement thank you...

Congrats, Mine is June 26th. But close to July.
