I would say 1 yogurt, some refried beans and 1/4 c cottage cheese. It was difficult to eat still.

Wendy's chili has been my go-to food.

Fried ham, with mushrooms, and melted cheese drizzled in mustard has been my fave last couple days...air fried corn tortillas my nut allows with beans n cheese n seasoned. Greek yogurt frozen into popsicles is my night time snack...

At one month I should have been transitioning from purees to soft foods, but alas, I have a severe stricture and am still on liquids at 6 weeks!

Pretty sure first month is liquids then purees next not real food yet

Depends on the program. My liquids went to purees after the first week follow-up, then I went to softs ten days later and "real food" two weeks after that.

That said, I'm kinda still doing mostly soft and pureed food.
