  1. Yes this happens to me too and I'm almost 6 months out. Sometimes I think it's from eating quicker than I thought I was idk still didn't figure everything out lol
  2. I had my sleeve 4/22 I'm only down 13lb. My energy level is still low. Today was my 1st day back @ work. I came home exhausted
  3. Are you on birth control? I had to stop my birth control a month before and after surgery. I'm really hoping my cycle goes back to normal. I'm able to start my pill again tomorrow
  4. I just had surgery 4/22. My husband came to seminar with me and I asked him his opinion but in reality I was doing it no matter what haha. Our stats are very similar [emoji4]
  5. Just curious how long does it take you guys to finish a protein shake? Like a premier shake. I have to drink only half @ a time but I feel like I should be able to drink the whole thing in 1 sitting. I'm 2.5 wks post op
  6. Yes I had surgery on 22nd and yesterday and today I have diarrhea...it sucks. As soon as I get some protein shake down I'm off to the bathroom
  7. I'm really curious to see how much weight I lost since surgery but I still feel so bloated so I don't want to get discouraged if I still have water weight from surgery. I started 264 in jan and my surgery weight was 235. I'm excited to see how the weight comes off us too [emoji4]

  9. I started my protein shake today too and I think its helping. Yesterday I tried the clear premier protein and that didnt sit well with me blahh, so that was a set back with my liquids.
  10. Surgery was Monday and I was released tues afternoon. Its really hard getting enough fluids that's a struggle 4 me now that I'm home. Also I keep making gurgling noises when I drink lol. All in all I think I'm doing ok though
  11. When I was in hospital I was able to do 48oz but yesterday was rough for me
  12. Yeah I believe its 64oz I was just curious if other people are hitting that goal right away
  13. I had my vsg on Monday 22nd and I'm trying so hard to get my liquids in but its weird when I'm sipping water I keep making this gurgling noise lol. Anyone else have this going on? Also how many ounces are you able to get in? I'm not sure what is normal

  16. I know! It's tough with Easter on Sunday. My mother in law made peanut butter Easter eggs and nut bread I want to eat them
  17. I did good the 1st week but I'm struggling the past few days...my surgery is also Monday

  20. Good luck my sleeve surgery is also April 22nd! I have all my tests done and insurance approved I'm just doing the preop diet now day 6 woohoo!

  22. Since Jan I lost 19lbs but it was a real struggle! My goal during preop diet was originally to lose 10lbs but I'm hoping to lose more now! You're doing great being down 7lbs in 5 days [emoji4]
  23. I weigh on Sat mornings, I can't wait to see what I lost tomorrow. 7lbs is great! Did u lose any weight b4 u started preop?
