Any April 2019 sleevers on here? I am new to this forum and will have my sleeve on April 1 in Tijuana, Mexico.

I just got my date a few days ago. April 25th is the big day!!!!

I'm still waiting for my date. I'm hoping April, but it seems like I may be moving to May.

Congrats! I am new to this forum, but my tentative sleeve date is 04/15/2019. I am a little nervous, still working on the pre-op weight. I have eight more pounds to go.

Welcome and congratulation. I am sure you will loose the preop weight. My insurance has no minimum but definitely did not want to gain any weight during the preop and I've lost 6 lbs so far. According to my surgeon's office I will need to do a 2 week liquid diet before the surgery. I think what has helped with the 6 lbs weight lost is because I stopped eating anything with sugar, coffee, and salty snacks plus 3 days at the gym.

April 3rd for me!!!

I'm set for April 3rd, starting to feel a little anxiety but I think it's the food as a emotional crutch. But Going to see a therapist to help with that. Overall, I know this will be a great choice for my overall health! Good luck to everyone
