  1. I would ask your surgeon. I was able to switch at 1 month to capsule. I've heard others having to wait by instruction of their surgeon. Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

  8. Had anyone traveled for work in pureed stage? I'm finding it super difficult to stay in purees. I've had to eat mashed potatoes or tuna and those are not on my list. I eat a very small amount and mostly drink my protein. I'm hopeful it hasn't ruined anything. I sent a note to my nutritionist. Just worried Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
  9. I was 233 day off my surgery, but I am 5'3" so that is quite a bit of weight on my frame. I'm down to 218 and pretty happy with it! I'm still in purees. Going well though! I'm only getting 50ish grams of protein though. :/ still working on that. Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. I did not have restrictions! I have a spasm medicine and oxy but the spasm is helping much more than the oxy. I’ve quit taking the narcotics.
  12. Thank you for the response! I didn’t ask or get any direction about it except do as much as you can! Pretty vague. :) I’ll keep it up and add more each day.
