  1. Im April 1 too! Who are you going to?
  2. I will be in the same situation as you but my surgery is in April. I’m thinking of getting up a few times and walking back to the bathroom just to stretch. I know my doc recommends compression socks for some patients. Who are you going to?
  3. KCgirl061 I don’t know how far out you are but have you tried cocoa roasted almonds?
  4. I wonder if a chiropractor might help. I know that when I am out of alignment, my lower back and hip bones hurt. The weight loss could have caused you to misalign somewhere
  5. @lifeisfaith what is your problem? She’s asking for advice about surgery and all you can say is “make funeral arrangements “! That’s uncalled for. Thousands of people go to Mexico for medical treatments (not just wls) and they come home fine. If you don’t feel comfortable going there for surgery that is fine but don’t bad mouth us who do. @Merf12 it is normal to feel scared about all this. It is major surgery. Be sure to do your research. Im using Go Light Bariatrics for my surgery in April but there are loads of other qualified surgeons down there (Endobariatric, A Lighter Me and others). If you need to talk any more about your worries, just PM me and we will figure it out. You got this hon!!
  6. Oh good, I am going to Dr Z in April. I was beginning to think no one on this site has heard of him. He and Irene have been so helpful, answering all my questions.
