I had that issue! It took two notes in my chart and 2 faxes to finally get it there!

I have uhc and had to do the 6 months of dietary visits and my bmi is 41. I was approved after those visits and the psych evaluation. I did have to do the psych evaluation earlier though. I'd say month 2..

I specifically asked this and was told to not since it can mess with lung strength and scarring.

What does everyone do with their clothes that no longer fit? I have many I want to donate but make sure it goes to actually organizations that help women and kids. A lot of mine are new business dress... We don't have a renting service here where I could donate to so I'm not sure...

I know we have a few having surgery today! Congratulations and good luck!! You’ve got this and will rock it out!

My surgeon said not to be worried about the weight in the first 4 weeks because the body is doing fluid shifts and adjusting to the new anatomy still. Said to just focus on getting the protein in and drinking my liquids. Hope that helps!

I have my final dietician visit Thursday! My anesthesia appointment and meeting the surgeon! I am so pumped.

I'm thinking about getting a piece of jewelry to commemorate the surgery and remind myself what it took to get there and sentimentality of it all. Anyone do that?
