About Me
Started this journey in November 2018 and had my VSG 1/16/19. I just had my 6 week check up and I have lost 31 lbs. total and 21 since surgery. I was pleased but my doctor didn't think I had lost as much as I should have. So I have kicked it up a notch on the exercising and really watching what I am eating.
