  1. Had the same problem the other day. I was in the shower and everything went black. It was because I didn't have anything to drink yet that day. I had a powerade zero and felt a lot better afterwords. Really push those fluids.
  2. I was smart and asked for Christmas from my family this year leggings in different sizes. I've honestly been just living in leggings because you can pull them up higher when they start getting loose and it gives you a little more time with them before you have to get new ones. If you want to stick with jeans definently do walmart and it doesn't hurt to check local good wills. Sometimes you can snag a good deal. Amazon is another place that's great. They're always doing sales and you can get nice plain t-shirts for relatively good price. I don't know if there is one around you but we have a Ross in our area and they get pants super cheap. I'm talking like $8 for a pair of pants. I've seen shirts priced at $3 or $4
  3. I use the quest protein powder. You can get it in all kinds of flavors. I've also been using the premier protein premade stuff as well. With the powder I find it taste like 50000% better putting it into a blender and mixing it with the milk and some ice. It helps with the consistency. If you haven't been doing the shakes before the liquid diet your stomach does take some time to adjust. I know the first few days I started using the protein powder my stomach was a mess but not it's not like that at all.
  4. The first few days were awful. I felt tired all the time. But I think day 5 was when it turned itself around. I get those Oikos triple zero greek yogurts in a lot of different flavors for one meal and then I protein shake for the other two. I supplement hunger between meals with either a bullion cube of beef or chicken (in hot water of course) and that really kept me going. Plus my doctor allows sugar free Popsicle so I would have that or a sugar free jello at night before bed. This is a little hard for the post-op liquid diet but it really helped me pre-op
