Good evening from MS! I was sleeved 10/17/18 and have lost 75 lbs since my journey started in April 2018. My goal is 15 lbs more but I might push it to 25 more?

Oh my gosh! So glad I’ve seen this!! Having major issues with my back between my shoulder blades! Ack! I’ve lost 70 lbs and it is brutal from working at a desk all day! Thanks for the tips... will be implementing them in the morning!

I have those a lot. Sometimes a headache follows... sometimes it is just an aura. Lasts 30 minutes as well. I’m checking in with my neurologist next week to see what is going on!

I’ve gone from a size 20 to a 12 in 8 months. Two months post op though. Looking to lose that last 20 lbs!

The two weeks before surgery were horrible. All I could do was work (from home) and sleep. No energy. Nothing. It was terrible. Definitely better after surgery (after the nausea subsided on day 5)

April 9th met with Surgeon Mandatory six months MWM program with MD and nutritionist Had cardiac clearance; psych clearance; PCP clearance Surgery was 10/17/18 Lots of pre-op blood work, chest X-ray and EKG

October 17 was my date! Back to work after a week! That week was tough but now... almost four weeks later... so glad I took this step towards better health
