Applesauce (unsweetened) for me.

I think it was a mashed potato or butternut squash soup (added unflavored protein powder to justify it)

I did Riccotta Bake. I'm on week 2 of puree and it's still my go-to meal.

May I have those recipes? They both sound smashing!

So, let me start with stating the obvious... I'm a bit of an idiot. My first meal was canned tuna mixed with buffalo sauce and a little bit of mayo. I'm damn lucky my stomach seems to like me and I was able to tolerate it. I've eaten buffalo sauce mixed with almost every meal since. I've just been alternating between scrambled eggs with buffalo sauce, tuna with buffalo sauce, and canned chicken with buffalo sauce. So far my stomach loves me. My colon is a different story... That being said, I just finished my lunch. More buffalo sauce.

Ricotta bake (add in some pureed spinach)

pureed black beans with a bit of cheese

pureed sweet potatoes

pureed egg salad

scrambled eggs

butternut squash soup, i cou,t it as first thing I didn't strain. And it was Campbell's Yes or Progresso lite, can't remember which. Anyhoo it was So Very smooth, tasty and blessing from the stacks of protein shakes I had before that. Took it slow with my baby spoon, and kept it down.

Lentil soup, I think. Then baby food (the chicken and turkey were good, the beef, not so much). Then applesauce.

Lol, this may sound horrible, but believe it or not is was soooo good.... mashed potatoes, green beans, and sausage haha don’t knock it till you try it right ?
