IM SO SAD
Gee some ppl like to live in a fairy tale...not everything is roses and peaches and not every negative is a positive.. We need to experience and embrace pain in order to grow and it builds character... I had a lot of set backs as a child and I learnt everything happens for a reason and it has moulded me into who I am today Unfortunately it means I don't like to sugar coat anything..

Did the sleeve help anyone with fertility?(esp 40 or over)
Fertility rates drop dramatically once a woman hits 40. but it's not impossible of course to get pregnant

3 months surgeon check up soon
- 3 months surgeon check up soon
Are you noticing any difference or is it too soon- Hydration
I was drinking like 30 oz in week 1 and 60oz in week 2 but with bypass... Everyone is different though.- gastric bypass side effects
I had the RNY bypass but my surgeon chose to make my stomach bigger than a pouch yet smaller than a sleeve and I'm glad because I didn't have any issues with hitting my liquid goals in from day 1 I rarely have any hunger at all don't even think about food all day like I used to..- 3 months surgeon check up soon
Hope everyone is doing well I've just made appointment to see my surgeon for my 3 months post op check up. I'll be doing blood test for all the vitamins and nutrients; Blood test says: IRON STUDIES,B12 FOLATE,VIT D, FBE, LFT/ELEC CRP TFT LIPIDS HDL LDL 2.5 weeks until I see the surgeon should be good I know he'll be very happy with my progress. since day 1 of my journey nearly 5 months ago I'm already down 127lbs and 61lbs since surgery. currently sitting at 195 would like to get to 185 maybe even 180 but I'll see how things go. ? Should be picking up my rowing machine this coming week which should help with toning.. I'm getting very excited for the coming year ahead! THANKS Mike.- To sleeve or not to sleeve, that is the question!
Bypass or mini bypass I think is best option- To sleeve or not to sleeve, that is the question!
Do not get sleeve with reflux issues already!!!!!!- Effect on families
Another fake story to try discredit surgery.. This man had many demons that had nothing to do with surgery if it's even true. I see this person only joined 2 hours ago.....- Are Plastics Pretty Much Inevitable?
I agree with working out and things post op or post goal as above it may take months of hard work to see a difference in the saggy skin but it's not impossible as @AZhiker said!!- 6 month of diet monitoring prior to surgery
Some ppl are so close to the bmi requirements they're not allowed to lose weight or they'll not qualify for surgery. so the 6 months is just a formality..- 3 Month Update
No I started losing weight prior to surgery it's been almost 5 months now & I was losing lb a day for most of it..- I'm so upset, I'm a slow loser
I personally see a stall as a challenge; what should I change; what have I done different lately; am I getting enough sleep? Aside from medical conditions; there has to be ways to learn from stalls?- ? Pity Party?
Sounds like life to me don't stress so much- ? Pity Party?
I'm confused...- Protein
Yeah I usually hit 80-90g everyday I've never had hair fall out but it is growing a little thinner and slower than normal not as thick as normal before surgery.... I'm sure in a few months it will get better... - 3 months surgeon check up soon
