So, just weighed in at the doctor’s office for my medical clearance -I loss 13 pounds since 10/11!!! These small changes are going to aid in my recovery for after the sleeve procedure! Excited !

Hello All! I am new to the group. I received the green light for my sleeve surgery scheduled for 1/28/19. I have two little girls - 3 and 1. High energy is an understatement! We try to reduce sweets and junk - and they love my protein snacks. I have family and friends ready to help after my surgery. My date isn’t confirmed yet - just making better selections while I wait!
