I might already have 2 pair of AllBirds shoes. BUT - my feet shrank and they are now too big

Thanks! I got them at Nordstrom Rack. Even on sale they were $100, so I felt some serious guilt about my cheap ass spending that on shoes. However, I've worn the hell out of them. They were well worth it. Now I'm eyeing these: https://www.allbirds.com/products/womens-wool-runner-up-mizzles I spent all my clothes budget already this month (woops! Everlane is a problem!). So it will have to wait until next month.

I was pretty work casual today. I put on one pair of chinos, and they were too big, then this pair, which are also too big ? I did go jeans and pants shopping today. I’m in mostly 10s now?! Which is really messing with my head. This is probably my last time wearing these chinos.

- Daily Menus for Maintenance
Before, but it was after I’d lost a lot of weight (I just unfortunately gained it back that time).- Daily Menus for Maintenance
Mine caused a similar series of attacks before we broke up for good. It may not be the cause of your issue, but I don’t trust gallbladders anymore after mine caused me such pain, heartache, and vomiting.- Daily Menus for Maintenance
I’m sorry you are going through this pain and waiting game. I’ve been there, it sucks.- Daily Menus for Maintenance
Hi Chayarg - I may have missed whether this was asked or not, but do you still have your gallbladder?- Bat Wings
I don’t hide them, and won’t. Don’t worry about it, you may well find that they bother you less than you think.- OOTD
SHARP! I love the black on black.- OOTD
LOL, nothing exciting. Just a white button up and black slacks. It was a hippy wedding, in my MIL’s backyard in TN. So, not a formal affair. And we were all of 20 years old. Come to think of it, I bet my wedding dress is 4 sizes too big now!- OOTD

I borrowed this dress from my cousin. We’ll see if she gets it back ? The jacket is from my MIL. I love the colors together, but I think the jacket is getting too big.- OOTD
Same! Mr Angie didn’t even wear one to our wedding. Though I got him in one a couple years ago for a friend’s posh wedding.- OOTD
Broccoli cheddar! I’m adding in some veggie meat to mine to protein it up. My kid made French bread, and I’m going to indulge in a bit of that as well.- OOTD
Today was a work from home day and included a run, so I just wore my workout clothes all day. Now I’m going to shower and change into some even cozier loungewear before starting some soup for dinner. I need some new jeans, so Thursday will be a shopping day. Unlike before surgery, I’m looking forward to it! I’ve decided to go to the fancy lingerie shop and get a nice bra and some other new pretty things. I also need some new workout tops, mine are all annoyingly huge on me now, as seen below. The tank top underneath the long sleeve t-shirt is all loose and bunching up. It is NOT a good look. ?- OOTD

Ooooh, that’s a great idea! I’m going to put that on my list of things to keep an eye out for at thrift stores!- The Maintenance Thread
- Regrets?
I would love to add that it’s important to keep in mind that your stomach is healing right now. Even though you can’t see it, and on the surface you just have a few small cuts. But inside that major organ was sliced apart, the majority of it removed, and then stitched/stapled back together again. And now it’s expected to still function, when it’s tender and healing. But, like any wound, as it heals it will get less tender and it will be less of a battle to drink and eat. Framing it this way in my mind really helped me early out when things were especially tough.- Regrets?
Absolutely it does. Right now it’s just so much harder to regulate your thoughts because you are exhausted, stressed, and struggling. Just because “it’s all in your head” doesn’t make it less real. You are smack dab in one of the toughest parts right now. Your job is to get enough liquids in, and it can be pretty dang daunting and all emcompassing. It should get easier, though. I’ll be rooting for you. ❤️
