I love the gold jacket and the red shoes!
  2. Like a few others, I have no issue with any foods at this point. I get full very quickly, so I try to make good choices the vast majority of the time. But, occasionally I’ll have a few bites of cake/ice cream/ whatever. I brought coffee back into my life during the 2nd month. I have 1-2 cups a day now, no sugar (I weaned myself off of having it in my coffee pre-surgery), just a bit of milk. I’ve found that it helps keep me regular. Well, and I live in Western OR, and dislike beer, I think I’d get kicked out if I also didn’t drink coffee!

Yeah, they are no fun. I’m doing Strong Curves, by Brett Contreras. So many glute bridges But, honestly, right now it’s a race to see if I lose my tummy before my butt. I have no idea. They are both doing that loose/jiggly fat thing that happens as the fat cells loosen up. ??‍♀️ I’m in unchartered territory right now as far as my weight is concerned. I honestly have zero clue about how my body will look at the end. Right now I’m not excited about more surgery (plastics), but I’m open to it. We’ll just see how this goes.
  4. My gallbladder and I split up a few years ago. It was NOT a healthy relationship for me. I’ve never regretted the breakup.

My goats are WAY too big for those kinds of shenanigans.

You are super lean right now. You may not be able to build muscle without eating at a calorie surplus, and given that we are all surgery patients that may not be possible or desirable. I’m not saying butt exercises aren’t good to do anyway, just that getting big visible results may be difficult.

I love the top! The buttons up the front are great.

I think the butt lift jeans make a visible difference to your buns’ perkiness
  9. I have to hide my scale when stalls happen, otherwise I’ll be obsessive about it. They are part of the deal as our bodies adjust to extreme, rapid weight loss. Annoying, but inevitable. Keep working your program and keep your eyes on the big picture.

Holy crap! CONGRATS! And yes, your clothes are too big ?

It’s so strange! I’m in some medium shirts now. It’s messing with my head even being in large pants instead of plus sizes. I am definitely enjoying being able to shop at any store, though. It’s a first for me!

Update: I am sick and ended up changing into jammies and going back to bed. What I’m currently wearing:

I haven’t posted in a bit - I was traveling and now sick. Bad photo, but this dress needed worn before it’s too big. I’ve now gone through all of my “to shrink into” clothes and am in new territory. Ignore the the litter box, cats are gross.

I love this dress SO MUCH!
  15. I’d pack a cooler with some cold stuff like protein shakes, yogurt, etc. And a thermos with bone broth. Laughing cow cheese also travels VERY well.

@sillykitty Yeah, I got the small. It was a tough choice, but I’m very short and I was worried that they’d be too long on me if I went with the bigger size. Plus, I don’t think I’m coordinated enough for long flowy skirts ?. It could be a safety hazard!

Today I’m wearing one of the recycled sari skirts that I bought.

I’m picking up artwork and hanging a show today. So, I needed comfy and stretchy.

I channeled my inner GreenTaleal with my stripes today. Sorry for not showing the whole thing, it’s a work bathroom selfie ??‍♀️

Cute! My sari skirts came in, I’m really happy with them! Best part is: I can’t shrink out of them. Thanks for recommending them.
  25. I was running when MO as well. At one point I had an older, trim woman say to me “good for you!”. It was a pat on the head, not on the back. To hell with that.
