  1. If i don't smoke weed i have no appetite. Even with it it takes forever for me to eat most times. Thinking of stopping for a while so i can lose this 40lb regain. Most people get their hunger back with time. But mine hasn't been as strong since surgery. I take it as a gift and just eat when i'm hungry and try not to when i'm not.
  2. Thankies. And yup yup. Anything that says 0 sugar more than likely has artificial sweeteners. Unless it just has no sweetness at all. I should get those drink drops for flavoring water. I drink a lot of crystal light but i need other quicker options...hmmm...[emoji848]
  3. I had sleeve done so i don't know if it matters. I use a ton of artificial sweetener. I was diabetic pre surgery sooooo... its just easier. Less guilt for me. I usually use it for my coffee. I make a big water bottle of iced coffee for my work days. With unsweetened vanilla almond milk, sugar free creamer and like 16 sweetener packets. I have a horrible sweet tooth. Trying to break it.
  4. Wow im so sorry to hear that. I can totally see how that's possible. Ive been struggling with varying eating disorders my whole life. It can be hard even admitting to anyone that there is a problem. How are you being admitted? Are you admitting yourself?
  5. The first 2 are from Last night's dinner. Peruvian take out. The second is breakfast from today. This is surely keeping me motivated to stay on track. Seeing how you guys stick so close to your plans. I'm back to re losing my regain. Thanks guys[emoji16]
  6. I take it but i started way after healing i think. I take 3/30mg pills once a day now. I'll be 3 years out in October. They are tiny capsules, you should be ok. I used to take pills 1 at a time. I got used to it quickly.
  7. Im lazy rushed and usually have no ideas so if i DO have breakfast it's usually 2 boiled eggs. Or 1 boiled egg and some sage sausage or a boiled egg with another type of protein. Im pretty boring lol. It's just easy to eat fast and filling. So it's the first thing i think of lol.
  8. Yup yup. I feel like i'm hitting more stalls now trying to lose this regain than when i lost it the first time
  9. That's so awesome! I got the surgery because i was type 2 diabetic, getting high blood pressure and cholesterol. I reversed all of it just months after surgery. Best decision of my life. I wasnt this small in jr high school or elementary lol. I haven't exercised much at all. Really just a lot of walking. I want to hit the gym but trying to find time, money and motivation is hard so i try to get in as much activity as possible. I work retail so i'm on my feet all the time and running around for hours. Still managed to gain a bunch back. That's why i'm going back to basics. Cant afford to gain anything else. Not buying anymore larges lol.
  10. Thanks gorgeous! Im 13lbs down from my regain. I just want to get there already lol. Sometimes i feel like i have too much restriction but i know better lol. My surgeon did his job well. I originally lost 108lbs from my surgery weight. My ultimate goal is to be 150lbs down from my highest. Idk why i'm infatuated with that number. I might just chill in the 130s. We'll see lol. Have you had surgery yet Wanda247? If so how long you been out? how's your journey been?
  11. Im a little over 2 yrs out and im pretty much the same. I might be able to eat a bit more than you but if i hit that wall Its coming up. I just take it in stride and try to stop before i'm full so i don't get sick. If i take a long time to eat I'll be tight and that meal will be really small. That next meal won't be as small. If im eating dense protein my meals will always be just a few ounces. Just the cost of doing business. So long as you are healthy and have no issues and aren't losing a ton of weight i say go with it. But if it's really getting to you talk to your surgeon and NUT. Can't hurt.
  12. Im in the process of getting rid of my regain. I am just going back to basics. Getting rid of all the excess unnecessary junk and sweets. Drinking more water, less carbs and just following the rules. Its hard at first but honestly it gets easier by the day. You just have to get rid of temptation in your home. Do some research to reacquaint yourself with the basic rules. Take more steps every day. Im trying to go back to my hour long walks. It's a process. Im a little over 2yrs and i find that i actually like my intolerances lol. They stop me from making bad choices.
  13. Im in a z pack and another antibiotic right now and im fine for the most part. The first day of the z pack gave me horrible diarrhea for like a day and a half but since like the 3rd day I've been ok with no other side effects.
  14. Try adding more water to thin it out. I had that problem for a bit. Just try to make it thinner for a while until you have a better tolerance. Also only making 2 to 4oz and sipping on it for an hour used to help.
  15. I have really tight curls and different curl patterns throughout. My hair fell out mostly along the front of my head. It's growing in finer, softer and less kinky in the areas that were VERY tight, and the curls are looser. My sister says I look like I got a whole new head of hair lol. I cut off all the damage and now it's short and tapered. Much easier to handle without the dried tangled rough ends.
