I eat Pure Protein bars. They are 20g of Protein, around 200 calories. In the beginning, I'd eat 1/2, then a couple hours later eat the other half. They're easy to bring to work and keep in a drawer.

You can manipulate protein powder into muffins, pancakes and even waffles. Tons of online tutorials! Safe Journey ?

Eggs are good, but a pain to make on a weekday morning. I can't stomach a protein shake or yogurt that early in the day. I tried high protein oatmeal, but it is so filling that I can barely have any, and that just isn't enough protein. I have been doing a thin slice of Dave's Killer 21 grains and seeds bread (bread is ok on my plan) with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter. That goes down well, but it is only 7 grams of protein, leaving me a lot of make-up later in the day. So what do you eat for breakfast?
