  1. Had surgery July 10th. Am eating puréed foods. Getting sick of tuna and canned chicken. Eat yogurt cottage cheese and eggs. Really bored.

  3. Best of luck to you. As everyone else will tell you on here walk as much as possible! You’ll do great!

  5. I had a temp of 99.7 after surgery and my doc said it was okay. Just keep using spirometer to prevent pneumonia and keep drinking fluids.
  6. I hear you. It’s tough cooking pasta for my kids....I had sleeve surgery on 7/10 and prior to surgery I was a total pasta-carb addict in general. Very tough to be around “normal” food but eventually we will be able to have nibbles.
  7. Well I kept them down. Didn’t add anything but milk. No cheese this time. Could have made the difference. Wonder why eggs are such a big offender?
  8. Just tried regular scrambled with some milk. Waiting to see if they are tolerated by my gut.
  9. Hi all. Three weeks post op. One of my incision sites is giving me a lot of pain. It’s healed and looks fine but it’s very painful. Anyone else still have this at this point?
  10. Hi all. Three weeks out from being sleeved and I am having the worst pain this morning at one of my incision sites. I know it’s only three weeks but was hoping this would start to go away at this point. Did a lot of walking yesterday. Just woke up and in pain. Anyone else get the same thing?

  17. I hear you. Almost three weeks post op. Red lobster commercial gets me every time. Uggh.
  18. I’m 18 days post op and now eating puree. I am allowed tuna and chicken with low fat mayo and other fish. Sometimes I feel like it gets stuck in my stomach but most times it’s okay. I can’t wait to eat a meatball again someday.
  19. Oh okay. All of these things make sense. I’ll avoid it.
  20. Hi there. I have moderate sleep apnea and wear a cpap that was diagnosed during my one sleep study. My only requirement for surgery was that I brought my cpap to hospital. I was sleeved on July 10th. Best of luck to you.
