  7. Do you log your food? You can try myfitnesspal app and just try to be aware of the calories in food you consume and maybe create some calorie deficit while still feeling satisfied and enjoying food you like to eat. You still have your tool that will help you be less hungry and feel satisfied more quickly, you just have to make it work. Good luck!
  8. It couldn't. You are loosing fat, but maybe have some excess water weight, probably some swelling from surgery that shows on scale. Week 3 stall is a common thing anyway.

  11. Yes, for me it started around three and a half months post-op. It's not too bad though. I have PCOS and I've seen worse than this. My hair was already thin and fragile before sleeve and I plan to make some changes for some time already.
  12. I'm almost four months post-op and still didn't have not one bite of chocolate, ice cream or any sugary food and they certainly were my go to food in the past. I don't have major cravings, more like some nostalgic feelings sometimes, but I just know how addictive these things are and how much damage they've already made and I refuse to give in. I was just really mentally prepared to let sugar go from my life and my new sleeve made physical process go smoother, but the major shift happened in my mind.

  15. Where I live (Eastern Europe), one treatment for chin and neck area with this laser (Lumenis Lightsheer Desire) can be found for 20 euros. I can see on realself.com that in US it is much more expensive. You can not wax it or pluck hair with tweezers 6 weeks before treatment, but you can shave it off. I used to shave it daily unfortunately (it was such yucky feeling having to do it ) and just used thick foundation with very good coverage. After two treatments, I start noticing some very fine hair growing 4 weeks after my last visit, but it is not as noticable and doesn't bother me nearly as much.
  16. I have PCOS and I have seen much improvement with my periods right after surgery. This year before surgery I had only one period and it was at the end of March, it was very heavy and caused my blood hemoglobin to drop from high normal (had blood test a month before my surgery) to anemic (blood test done when I was admitted in hospital). Then I had surgery on April 20th and was taken off metformin.Got my period on 5/1, than on 6/2 and on 7/6 and all that without any meds! I decided to try laser treatment for hirsutism, went to clinic which has a medical grade diode laser (Lumenis Desire) and had two treatments for now (plan to have three more) and the results are very very good. My bet is to have existing hair follicles lasered off and hope that my now more balanced hormones wan't cause new ones forming.
  17. Just after surgery my goal was at 60 g, took three shakes a day. Three months later I upped my calories at 700-800, and protein 80 - 100 grams. I still drink one shake a day, but I could go without it.
