Smart husband!- The Maintenance Thread
When you want to increase calories and your restriction is tight, the solution is sliders. Sliders before your dense protein. They don't trigger restriction and are the easiest way of adding additional food/calories to your meals. i.e. creamy soup as an appetizer, a few avocado slices, nuts or even chips if they act as a slider for you. This is how you eat "around" your restriction, which is terrible during the weight-loss phase, but often necessary once you hit maintenance.- Weight-loss funnies

OK, whatever part of the South that guy is from - it certainly isn't Texas. All the cornbread I've ever eaten here is sweet!- BEST TEA BAGS TO USE... and which artificial sugar??
I am a huge tea drinker - iced, hot, with milk, without . . . Tea was a great solution for me when I craved sweets. I don't know what brands you have available in Australia, especially since you're opposite-season to us. But right now we have seasonal options like salted caramel and caramel apple (both from Bigelow), pumpkin spice, chai, etc. They have no calories. I make them up with a little stevia and milk and they are delicious and satisfy that sweet craving. Also good, especially if you have stomach issues is peppermint tea, and chamomile helps you sleep.- So many chest pains
I continued to lose weight after having my gallbladder out. Tell her to butt out if she can't be supportive!- Now when I see MO people...
Well, someday I'll call you to bail me out of jail for the grapes. I will not buy without tasting. (Just one, but I do taste!)- How long does it take an ounce of fluid to get through your pouch?
Absolutely. Lack of fluids is what will put you back in the ER. It can take weeks to hit your protein goals.- OOTD
