    Starting weight 334 lbs.... Current weight 145 lbs. Down from a size 28 to a size 4/6.

    I eat a few different types but always with some type of chocolate and must be 200 cals or lower.
    Your habits (good or bad) I'm not judging. I just wanted to point out that it's a major part of your plan if you do it on a daily basis, if you are fine with that who can say anything.

    Once a day is a habit, not a treat. Work it into your plan and expect the correlated outcomes.
    I have Protein Bars, the ones that are more like candy bars once a day and a part of my meal because I like dessert but refuse to just eat anything.
    I decided in order to make it work I needed to find the "cleaner" versions of things I wanted, even the sugar free versions work occasionally. The cals will add up so I log them to stay accountable.

    I am an authoritarian, I guess. I think a person’s medical team is more knowledgeable about their success than I am. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Also- people who are freshly moved into their glass houses (meaning you’ve been at maintenance for like a second) really should not throw stones about how to successfully not regain or fail.

    And that’s great! But the only thing you seem to come here to do is advocate on behalf of your beloved carbohydrates, as if the rest of don’t know any better and are doing this thing all wrong.

    It just seems a bit antagonistic. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    159-160 lbs (don't weight often so can't tell for certain)
    About 1000-1200 cals daily
    Lots of Fluids, LOTS lol
    Intermittent fasting, (follow our thread!)
    No more before photos, there is only the after party

    So lets do a face to face Friday! I also had some non-scale victories this week. My daughters teacher from the last 2 years did not recognize me! And my fitbit is on the last notch so I need to get a size small band now! Geez I really hate the older picture. I can finally stand to have my picture taken now though!

    Thanks! I have been very fortunate that I have very little loose skin. At the rate I was losing, I was fully anticipating having an issue but it didn’t end up going that way. The only loose skin that I experienced was in my chest and “love handles.” I do a great deal of ab work and push ups every day and it has been doing the trick. Best of luck to you!
