    Yes, tell your trainer
  4. I had sleeve done April 12th, I took off from gym April & May, Dr told me wait at least 4-6 weeks. So in June I did my personal trainer once a week w/ weight lifting for a half an hour & zumba twice a week. Then a couple months after that I started taking all different classes at gym like spin, yoga & pilates... I’ve had no problems w/ any workouts. I am now at gym 2-3 hours a day six days a week.

    Post op alcohol

I was never really a wine drinker but I guess I'll have to do some research as to what ones are best... as in low calorie low-carb!

    Post op alcohol

Yeah I'm afraid of bubbles in my stomach, I don't want to sabotage anything on my new weight-loss journey, but mama wants to sit by the pool with an alcoholic beverage! But I do want to be smart about it! Thanks guys!

Thanks, I will definitely take my time. Especially the first one. I'll probably sip off it for two hours, lol.

    Post op alcohol

Vsg... my surgeon said 3 mos for alcohol, I'm no alcoholic but I do like to enjoy one especially on hot summer days!
  9. What kind of alcoholic beverages can I consume, my 3 months is almost up! I know NO BEER, NO SODA... so any suggestions on healthy alcoholic beverages... besides crystal light lemonade & vodka😁

    Waking up after sugery

I woke up &mouth was super dry & chapped... I was given a small sponge swab like thing... I loved those things for the first day. I was in A LOT of pain, do not be afraid to ask for pain meds. I was wheeled into my recovery room and instantly said to my husband "what the hell did I do to myself?" So there was an instant regret. I had a catheter in so I didn't have to get up and take a pee. Bring a sleep mask & your favorite lip balm, I actually have the Vaseline intensive care lip stuff and that was awesome.

    Pooping is stressful!

So I finally went, it was the most unbearable excruciating pain ever! 12 days after surgery, two days of taking MiraLAX and drinking smooth move tea. It was like trying to push a giant cement Boulder out. I remember being constipated after having my children but this was 10 times worse. I actually went and got a enema from CVS pharmacy & tried to give that to myself, I didn't have much luck with it, because it super difficult to do by yourself. But I'm glad no one was home to hear me scream and cry on the toilet that's how bad it was.
