  1. I had mine over winter break from school. Bypass 2 days before break and back to work after break about 10 days later. Was perfect but could’ve done sooner if I had to. Was a good time to do it for me- when we return it was a short week too!
  2. That sounds tough! Maybe some shredded chicken mixed with salsa or even just cheese sticks! I also love dried chick peas and the come chocolate covered or caramel or salted (they sell them on here in store too)
  3. Took liquid Tylenol the first 2 nights home only to sleep. That’s it .
  4. Definitely cut out all of the extras like ice creams and nuts if you’re looking to drop calories. I’d agree with going back to liquids and or high proteins only
  5. Awesome! Congrats to you!
  6. That isn’t what was said at all. Reread the thread with an eye for the many solutions people gave
  7. Nice! Great feeling isn’t it! Great job!
  8. Try scrambled eggs, tuna, diced or even canned chicken. Cheese
  9. I could drink cold water for several months/ had to be hot
  10. I’m sorry you’re feeling lousy. Everything is temporary- and this will eventually pass too and you’ll move on to better days and much more confident ones. Come on here and post often- it helps.
  11. Maybe try upping your calories not food? Add in avocado, cheeses, eat nuts for snacks? Try to get closer to 1200-1500?? Have you met with your nutritionist to talk it through? I’d think they know how to correctly maintain or up your weight
  12. Premiere is what I find most tasty and they aren’t horribly expensive. Usually 6.00 on sale at cvs or stop and shop (4 pack) or on amazon for larger packs
  13. Didn’t really need any help after my rny. Just made sure grocery shopping was done etc BC you can’t lift for a while.
  14. Nice!
  15. It’ll come off :) just stay on plan. I know it’s maddening
  16. I think the bigger issue is how to get your wife to EAT and exercise . That seems the only way to get her moving again and get energy level up. Yes all wls can be drastic loss I’m a short time but I don’t see many people in the same boat your wife is in BC she should be exercising regularly and eating more I hope you continue to go with her to her nutritionist appointments. Good luck.
