  1. Do mint flavored decaf tea! Hot goes down so much better for me and the mint (especially peppermint) naturally soothes the stomach for nausea Feel better!
  2. Hot decaf herbal tea, sugar free popsicles and protein shakes were a life saver (still are) I still struggle to get more than 40 - 45 oz a day. HW 242, SW 236- (Bypass 12/20/17) GW#1- 199 [emoji736] (2/11/18) GW#2- 180 [emoji736] (4/2/18) GW#3- 160 CW 172 5’6”

  4. I desperately need new bras now (!!).... and One of the only places around here that is not in the mall like Victoria secret that measures - Is the plus size store. I walked in and the saleswoman asked me if I knew it was a plus size store and asked if I was in the right place!? It felt awesome… Also definitely a little rude and disrespectful - they had no problem accepting my money before —but felt awesome at the time! 21. Same as apple203.... but told me to bring the accessories (tube, mask etc) and they’d have the base machine. They didn’t have one but I was asked why I wasn’t using my cpap about 20 Times over the two nights stay bc I was having a hard time breathing while sleeping. 23. I was told to give them 1 week and then be a pain-- do it! . I had a fixed schedule too for surgery so I can understand. Good luck and update us when you can!
  24. Sorry youre experiencing this! Have you had discussions with your Dr around food? I know it isnt your direct and most immediate issue right now -- but shrimp that early sounds really awful. Good luck and hopefully youre on the mend now. Just focus on your protein drinks and water...heal.
