  1. Congrats to you! HW 242, SW 236- (Bypass 12/20/17) GW#1- 199 [emoji736] (2/11/18) GW#2- 180 [emoji736] (4/2/18) GW#3- 160 CW 178 5’6”
  2. I’m a little over 15 weeks out from bypass. I’m having- A full 11 oz premiere shake for breakfast finished between 4-5 am (30 protein) Mid morning snack around 930 - oikos triple zero yogurt (15 protein) Lunch around 12:30- 4 oz (or 1/2 c) of a lean meat like ground turkey, rotisserie chicken or sometimes egg salad with light mayo (egg salad is more like 1 egg versus oz or volume and if I do this then sometimes I eat two but over a couple of hours ) Mid afternoon snack (around 330) of a low fat cheese stick Dinner around 6 pm- tends to be more volume of-3/4 cup of things like ground turkey, thin chicken breast or fish with veggies At night 1-2 sugar free popsicles I haven’t had ANY food limitations around what I can eat . I get hiccups as a part of the tell I’m full but otherwise I can also eat quickly (typically takes 15-20 min ish??) and isn’t at all an issue to eat fast . The volume and oz aren’t an issue either- I literally need to “look” for the sign I’m full . All the above said— that scares the crap out of me because I feel like I could easily eat whatever I want - and quickly . I haven’t tried any “bad” foods yet so I am also assuming I’ll get sick from high sugar or fat so that fear is keeping me to eating at least healthier options . Worst thing eaten?.... went out to a restaurant and had limited options. My meal came with sour cream mixed with it HW 242, SW 236- (Bypass 12/20/17) GW#1- 199 [emoji736] (2/11/18) GW#2- 180 [emoji736] (4/2/18) GW#3- 160 CW 178 5’6”

  4. Best decision ever made. It both dramatically changes your life and also doesn’t - well at least for me. Changes- portion sizes and frequency of eating - being mindful of what and how often- protein based focus ,... increased hydration goals . Awesome energy and self confidence. For me there wasn’t a downside— really great and fast recovery . Only “downside” which I don’t consider a downside but instead a new lifestyle .... is going out you need to make really smart choices but that’s part of the learning and awesome lifestyle you learn to become Self confidence gained is worth it 100 times over HW 242, SW 236- (Bypass 12/20/17) GW#1- 199 [emoji736] (2/11/18) GW#2- 180 [emoji736] (4/2/18) GW#3- 160 CW 178 5’6”
