  6. UMP protein power is the best. A little pricey but Amazing! Look up their reviews. The cookies and cream is amazing!
  7. Hey guys, just want to share. UMP protein powder is the best! Especially cookies and cream! It’s a little pricey but 5 star rating. Doesn’t have that awful taste protein powers have. Please try!!! Vitamin shop has sometimes 50% off.
  8. I’m wondering, I’m 5’2 weight at highest is 250. Had sleeve on February 23 , and I’m weighing 196. WEight lost including pre op is 54lbs. I’ve stalled for over a month. Do you guys think this is good progress?
  9. Lol you guys are funny. Love it!!! I’m adopting that too ! Hang in there, we’ll get there . It took us a long time to pack it on, so we have to be patient too. [emoji4][emoji106]
  10. That’s actually what I’m averaging as well. But we don’t want it to go to fast either (saggy skin lol [emoji23]) working out but don’t think I’ll catch up to prevent it.
  11. I’m 9 weeks out of surgery and weigh myself 1 time a week. What’s your average weight loss per week? Thanks! [emoji4]
  12. That’s amazing. I’m glad you had a good experience. I had my surgery on February 23, and I have zero complaints. It’s been great. I actually work there and can say the same for the hospital in general. Did you have sleeve or bypass?
  13. Lol ice cubes won’t cut it, I’d be happy with a sandwich lol but I won’t risk anything. Keep in touch [emoji4][emoji41]
  14. So glad to hear that! That’s amazing. I’m following all rules. Just can wait to atleast bite into something. Even if it’s 1scramble egg lol glad we found each other. Hope we can stay in touch. [emoji4][emoji4]
