  1. I agree not to diagnose yourself with any app or research you do with out your Doctors impute. Web md just is a collection of info easily available as a guide not a Doctor’ professional opinion.
  2. Thanks for your impute but actually many Dr’s have prescribe for sleep before they move on to truly addictive meds for insomnia. FYI
  3. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold. It is also used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting and dizziness caused by motion sickness. Diphenhydramine can also be used to help you relax and fall asleep.This medication works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. This is from Web MD I have never heard of it being habit forming.

  23. Beautiful words. I too have just begun my pre op life month 2. I’m 60 and so wish I had this opportunity when I was 20. I let life pass me by instead of living it I always helped other succeed at their’s. You can do this for you. And for those of us ready to join you. WE CAN DO THIS.
