I started at 291 and now I’m at 214 7 months later I feel good but my stomach just won’t let me be great. Lol I guess I have to hit the gym hard to loss it.

I order off the kids menu if they have decent options most restaurants do and you are doing great just give yourself time to get over your ear infection. Most times people get weak when sick and fall out of their normal routine just get back to it when you feel better

Love that I am able to live life and do things I've always dreamed of but held myself back because I didn't feel good enough (too fat/big, etc).

Here's my starting weight and pic from Saturday after wrapping half trail marathon, one year and 11 days from my heaviest. Last pic is feeling good about how far I've come.

I know exactly what you mean. Between the loss of taste, the nusiance of measuring, and the fact that you get full so quickly (often with a lump in the back of your throat), it hardly seems worth the effort!

2 months post op before and after pics SW 279 Cw 237 it’s been a rough 2 months still trying to get in 64 Fluid ounces a day and 90 grams of Protein but hopefully I’ll start to feel a lot better soon it’s definitely been a journey   

I was sleeved 12/29/17 and I’m surely craving sweets too soon I suppose I really need some suggestions. Sorry for your loss but Celebrate your accomplishments and know you may slip and fall just don’t stay down.

My Dr. Doesnt have one like that for me, it was always about the Protein and fluids. My diet is high protein, low carbs,. I do watch sugar grams, no more then 2-3g though. But this was built for me specifically, and it works for me. My surgery date was august 29th 2017, my surgery weight was 244, now currently im 193. I have reached 2 goals so far, one being under 200lbs before Christmas ✔Done 2nd goal was to loose 50lbs ✔Done
All of this in 4 and 1/2 months😊

I can relate to everything you just said.. You're pretty ... I don't know what the word is, you've thought this all out. I figured yes I'd buy less food, save on groceries and yet not. I am buy more expensive groceries, ie healthier and more geared to the whole Protein. The other day, I went grocery shopping and spent 75 bucks and you wouldnt believe how little I got Lol
I am poor so the fact that i will be spending a lot less is great, but great for me, my appetitte is not humongous. Otherwise, I'd die at these prices of "new " food Bahaha. Nice to meet you. Can I ask your real name?

Love this post. Congrats to everyone! I was sleeved 12/27/17, and am down 15 pounds since my surgery and 43 pounds from my highest weight when I started all this in October. Yesterday, I took a selfie. Straight on. Not holding my phone up in the air to hide my double chin. And when I reviewed the picture- double chin was gone! I’m not gonna lie, I was pretty excited! Lol:)
