Fergie71 so glad you're losing in Ohio, where in Ohio,are you located? Thought I had met all the Buckeyes on here but you're one I missed. I'm in Mount Vernon, 14 miles from Ohio's Geographic Center. I'll have RnY sometime this early-mid March in Columbus , i,am anxiously awaiting a definite date. I got a call from the surgeon's office giving me a date of February 15th, when I called back,to set up my presurgical blood work the 2nd lady said "don't be so sure you're getting then." went off to pay bills, today was Social Security day, when I got home there was a call from presurgical testing- unfortunately they had left for the weekend so now I have to stew until Monday morning. Guess what KatFight- I have a grandaughter that's 21 and she's the younger,of the 2. So Taylor has not only a Bari-aunt she has a Bari- great aunt too. At 72 I wish also I had come to the point sooner but I intend to live the rest of my days thinner and healhier.I hope Taylor knows we all are here for her on this journey. I also have a suggestion, if your high risk on/gun isn't familiar with post bariatric patients get a consultation with a ob affiliated with a hospital which also does WLS surgery. Wouldn't you know they had closed,and won't be back until Monday at 7AM. Now I can screw myself up all,weekend,about what THIS person will say. Called back to schedule presurgery bloodwork, the new lady tried to tell me that 1st lady was in error, to just wait until,i receive paperwork, maybe tommorrow, maybe Monday.
