I'm think the pre op diet is going to make me moody, then again I'll probably be very excited for the upcoming surgery. I'm in the first steps of finding a surgeon and doing insurance inquiries myself. I wish you the best!

Thank you! I am getting very nervous. I have pre op dr appt tomorrow. I see so many having complications on here scares me. I am hoping mine is uncomplicated.

I'm in KY and just starting. I have my first appointment in the next two weeks. I'm so excited! I'll be going to Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland.

Mine will be at Hopkinsville.
It was a long road to get here my insurance required 9 months of weight checks.

I think my insurance will require 4 month weigh ins.

It will go fast. I have been on all liquid now since the 26. It's a mental game for sure. B vitamins have saved me.

Wow, someone else from Hopkinsville?! Hi neighbor! :) So excited for you, and I'm sure everything will be fine. You'll have to keep us posted on how you're doing post surgery.

I have my last weigh in appointment this week (9 months required for me too), and all of the other tests and paperwork are done. Hoping to get a tentative surgery date soon!

Woot! Hoping everything went well. How are you feeling?
