  1. Gotcha! Then I'm gonna take a chance on it! Thanks! Here's a red balloon for ya!
  2. They have a kale flavored liquid stevia? (Pssssst...I brake for kale...just sayin')
  3. Hey does liquid lemon stevia taste yummy? Or does it taste like lemon extract flavor? Making an order today.
  4. I use MFP (My Fitness Pal), then I just go in and use my snipping tool and if I like a meal or "recipe" will clip it and save it in my recipe file for future use. It was delish! You can fill the foldover with anything you like. On weekends I do bacon egg foldovers! It's surprisingly sturdy!
  5. Anytime I have a B/A to show I get excited! Wooohooo! Look at me with restriction! bahahaha! Breakfast this morning: a "taco" or foldover made with a hard fried egg + extra egg whites. So much food, so few calories! Here's what was in it:
  6. LOL! I lean towards your dark side Yoda! I had mine with a just a sprinkle of Crystal Light Lemonade yesterday. Was pretty yum, but also pretty sure I totally nuked any chance of it being restorative and healthy!
  7. Breakfast (Saving Matcha for mid-morning). I'll salute you then! I love using hard fried egg + extra carton egg whites to make a taco! ItI It will also be my biggest meal of the day calorically. Couldn't do IF back to back today. Woke up starving. So will just do a calorie restricted day <700cals. It makes me laugh to get this much food for 200 calories! I coulda done it for less by only using 1 slice of ham + an HEB light cheese wedge, but I needed to use up the Kraft cuz it's pretty old.
  8. I think the rice and potatoes may be adding up more than I realize. The only other thing I can think of that may be hindering the loss is the glass or two of wine I have most evenings. These 2 things in addition to your PCOS and psych meds add up to things being harder for you. That means you have to be even more disciplined and that's tough for us! But it's the truth. Dump the booze. Seriously. Dump the crap carbs. Eat meat. Eat an ounce or two of veg. Eat 3 meals. Weigh, measure and log. WALK. Drink water. You WILL lose weight if you do those things.
  9. Part of this journey is being brutally honest with ourselves and what's going on the plate. I'm sorry you are struggling. I think you are honestly eating slider foods and things that taste good to you/you crave. Unless you have phenomenal restriction and are not grazing all day, most of us need to weigh and measure in the early days. Please log it all...every bite. Don't squander this time. It's not magic bean surgery. Most of us have to apply true control and effort to lose. It isn't all done by the surgery.
  10. #16. Halfway through January. Still down almost to lowest weight. Following all the rules with the exception of bad behavior on the weekends and still haven't gotten it together on the strength training 3 days per week. Ok will do better today!
  11. Love this one!! TY @GreenTealael! And agreed, he's such a cutie patootie. Love how both he and Thomas Lauer are able to drill down into the science and give it to us without nerding out! And LOVE that we are in energy deficit already due to our surgery, so applying IF to us is a triple win!!
  12. So I guess adding just a wee bit of lemonade flavored Crystal Light negates the beautiful effects of Matcha, huh? I'm pretty much think I've done a very huge faux pax ... Right?
  13. You know there is no logic in what you are saying. But I get it! I do. I can relate. Maybe on some level many (all) of us can? I think venting is a healthy thing. If you get it out of you, then it no longer can fester in shame and secrecy. Part of what you are going through is pretty normal, you know. I know I went through it especially right out from surgery for a few months--just inescapable depression for no earthly reason! It came and went like a mood swing. So weird. I'm not depressed. Disappointment, irrational worrying about the future, etc. I think a lot of it comes from the aftermath of anesthesia, plus the gobbledygook baggage we carry. Drink lots of water. Get out in the sun. Move a LOT!!! WALK!!! When sad, get in the sun, deep breath and walk. Watch comedies. Watch uplifting shows. Limit your exposure (if possible) to anything negative in your life. WALK some more. Drink MORE water. Make concrete things to show your progress...pics, excel spread sheets, food logs charting your weight and measures...etc. It's hard. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
  14. Making the second meal in our new air fryer. It's going to be homemade low carb chicken fingers, veggie tots and some green beans.
  15. Oh my Lord, @proudgrammy!!! ((hugs)) I can't even imagine the extent of your pain (and that of the entire family). My prayers for His peace that surpasses all understanding is being said now. Prayers of comfort and of sure knowledge of his salvation and place in heaven! I'm so sad for you all and please know I am here if you ever need or want to talk, cry, laugh, process, vent. Etc. My heart is breaking in unity with you. None of you are alone and I'm so glad you know this!
  16. Thanks! Makes sense now! Love both though!!! You are so talented being able to tailor your own stuff!!
  17. Wait! Whahhhh? So the darling dress and girl on top is a 4x that you expertly tailored to a L goal size that is so cute but too big? I can't tell from the angle but looks like it might be big! And the second image is from the M? Cuz it's adorable but maybe big too. So maybe you're in a SMALL? GIRL!!! Details! Great pics!! And love the mirror!
  18. Wai...whah?? We can take it 2x per day???!!!! Holy crap! And I mean that! I am asking mine on Thursday! Cuz I feel your pain girl. Has it helped you become more regular? Do you have to drink more water??
  19. Congrats!!! Piccys Piccys! We'll clap and celebrate with you!!
  20. And sweater dresses to boot!!! Pics or it didn't happen!!! Congrats! Perfezione!!
  21. I heart your face 2! But dang what are those pics of? I sparkle heart going from 4X to M!!!! Woooohoooo! WTG!
  22. Ok, but why? hahahaha! Hey did you know ginseng was so powerful? Where do we get decaff green tea with ginseng?
  23. DAmn! Girl?! So I drink decaff. So I'm just getting the insulin spike without increase in adrenaline?
