  4. ????????????????????? ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Whaaaaaaaat? Me too? That's right ? I decided to go ahead and (silently) have plastics done. This mommy had a makeover yesterday and is very happy with the results so far. Still very early in my recovery but I wanted to document as much as I could before I forgot. Procedures: Mommy Makeover (breast lift w/o implants and extended tummy tuck with lipo of sides) Where: Miami baby! Southbeach body here I come ? Why: the usual reasons... I've been thinking about it forever and finally took the plunge When: Jan 03, 2020 Still early out and I'm pretty laid up so ill update when I can! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ ?????????????????????
  5. ????????????????????? Quick update : I am still doing well, very uneventful revision story now so not much to add. Weight fluctuates down then back up to baseline depending on my eating style. But no complaints at all Hope that helps ❤
  6. So glad you are doing well ❤
  7. Hi! Super glad I followed my surgeons advice and went through with it. It was also medically necessary and although I had mixed emotions about it, after completing 2 endoscopies and providing me with the photos of my internal issues, it pretty much sealed the deal for me. I didn't want to continue to ignore it and struggle along for no reason. Research and only do what is comfortable for you ❤
  8. Cup sisters 4 ever ❤ Ive used a cup for the past 12 years
  9. IMHO, neither start gym now of reduce calories. Focus on walking and physical therapy exercises while continuing to eat the proper macros (always ask your Nutritionist) for optimal weight loss : Carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram, protein provides 4 calories per gram, and fat provides 9 calories per gram. So to stay in your recommended caloric range you would want around 60/80/90 grams of protein (240-320 cals), around 50 grams or less of Carbs (200 cals or less) and 20 or less grams or less of fats e.g. : Eating 80 g of protein-320+200+180= 700 BUT please remember to check with your Team about their specific macro recommendations The gym can happen once you feel up to it just exercise/move around in daily life as often as possible Good Luck❤️

  12. Pain management is best discussed ahead of time with your Surgeon Find out the plan and if it can be adjusted as needed - very important A lot of providers are now weary to (over) prescribe narcotics due the opioid crisis Good Luck ❤️

  14. Meeting with your Surgeon... ASAP
  15. Congratulations❤When's the wedding? ?
  16. Hi! Any negative change should be reported directly to your surgeon's office ASAP. The pros know how to help best. Other than that protein soups, waters or unflavored powders will help if shakes are too sweet, you can also add water to the shakes to dilute them but make certain to drink it all. Good Luck ?
  17. Awwwwww now I'm ugly crying ?
