    Onderland!!

Here is my before pics and a few afters. The second photo was taken on Sept. 9 and I was about 225 lbs. The first photo was Exactly 7 months to the day of surgery (new years eve) and I have lost 109 lbs total so far and made it into the Onederland. The journey remains challenging but every day is a new day to do things the right way and I take it one day at a time. I'm thankful for the opportunity to have a new lease and outlook on life! on Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Down 62 lbs

One thing you might try is measuring too. I went in for a six month research appt. and they did measurements. I was surprised to learn I've lost a total of 54 inches from all over. My mid-section was one of the highest with over 20 inches lost in that area alone! Keep at it and congrats on your journey thus far! Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app
