    Onderland!!

Here is my before pics and a few afters. The second photo was taken on Sept. 9 and I was about 225 lbs. The first photo was Exactly 7 months to the day of surgery (new years eve) and I have lost 109 lbs total so far and made it into the Onederland. The journey remains challenging but every day is a new day to do things the right way and I take it one day at a time. I'm thankful for the opportunity to have a new lease and outlook on life! on Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

    Down 62 lbs

One thing you might try is measuring too. I went in for a six month research appt. and they did measurements. I was surprised to learn I've lost a total of 54 inches from all over. My mid-section was one of the highest with over 20 inches lost in that area alone! Keep at it and congrats on your journey thus far! Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app

  15. It ebbs and flows - some days you're down and some up and sometimes nothing at akl. It happens to all of us. Consider your body is changing at the deepest cellular level and give it time to catch up. It will! Sent from my LG-TP450 using BariatricPal mobile app
