  1. Okay, the company contacted me right away and said that there is only approximately 24 servings per container and not 32. If you want them to replace your unused portion, they will free of charge.
  2. Lean Shake Vanilla is good. GNC has them on sell now. The ready to drink is better than the powder.
  3. Yes, October something. Just waiting for the exact date .
  4. Yes, I can see that. I just think for 34 you shouldn't be have only 24 scoops instead of 32
  5. Okay, I will contact the company tomorrow. I just think for the price, you should get what you pay for. I definitely like the powder. I had a sample and it was really tasteless, in which I was searching for. I say some great receipts don Facebook
  6. I went to the vitamin shop today and purchased Quest 32 oz container of plain protein powder mix. After I got home, I open the container and noticed that there was only half of protein power in the jar. The canister says serving size 32 scoops, but I discovered only 24 scoops. I called the VS and they said they will refund my money for the product. I will call the company tomorrow to see what the problem is. This stuff is too expensive to be short changed. Has anyone else had this experience?
  7. I like that quote. I sure hope I can be that strong. Keep up the good work. I won't be sleeved until October
  8. That's great! I have to get my gallbladder taken out too. My primary doctor said that I should just have the stones crushed and get a second opinion.
  9. I personally like premier protein too. Costco has them on sale this month 18 for $20. Also, my nutritionist gave me a website syntrax.com to order a sample pack of 15 different s of protein drinks. The name of the powder protein is nectar. I paid $15 for 15 single pack servings. To name a few flavors: strawberry mouse, iced tea, vanilla, cappuccino, vanilla late, strawberry ? ...I just received my box today and tried the strawberry moose. So delicious. It's really a good variety before you buy. Hope this helps. http://www.si03.com/
  10. I'm glad your surgery went well. Good luck on you journey[emoji256]
  11. Oh wow! I been here in Elkridge since 2007 (port Capitol). How do you live Colorado? My son's girlfriend is there now and my son is headed there next week....
  12. Just checking to see how things went. I know you said you would be finished everything by the 18th. I just finished my sleep study last night. I just need the psychological evaluation
  13. Thanks for the advice....plain shelter water is going to be my challenge
  14. I'm confused. I'm just asking because I haven't had my surgery yet. One another thread they were saying that the fullness feels like a phentermine feeling. When you find out please post. I want to go into this thing right. Are you saying that you could keep eating and you don't feel any different ?
  15. That's a good question. My doctor said he doesn't see me getting under 200 pounds. I'm currently 300. Go figure!
  16. Hello, I'm suppose to have mine removed during the sleeve surgery. My doctor said it's best to remove it now so there won't be problems later. My test showed that I had gallstones. Lol the doctors said he's just going to puck it out of me....
  17. Okay you guys, I just finished my exercise and nutrition appointments. I received my sleep study kit in the mail today, so I be doing the test tonight. The only other thing I'm waiting for is a mental health evaluation. Hopefully, I'm be having surgery the end of September or beginning of October. Seems so close, yet so far away. I have been cutting way back on my eating because I don't want to gain anymore than I have already. I feel like once I have this surgery, I will begin a whole new chapter in my life. The little things in life such as; riding a bike, running, tubing, traveling and not being ashamed of not fitting comfortable in a seat. I cant wait to go to the mall and shop in any store. Right now, I avoid going to the malls because I don't want to buy anything at this size. I want to be able to not feel pain all over my body. I want to eat healthier and look leaner. I know there is a lot of discussion about saggy skin and having it removed, but I'm going to take it one day at a time and spanks will have to do until later........
  18. Yes, you are so right because I do the same thing. If I see someone that I haven't seen in a few months, or Facebook friends that haven't post anything in awhile, I assume they had surgery. Its' funny because they wont yell you the truth.....
  19. Most definitely. Good luck with your surgery
  20. Oh wow....I know exactly where Pasadena is. Keep in touch
  21. Yes, that's what I'm shooting for. I have a training October 5 on the Eastern Shore, so I think I want to wait until the week after......or maybe have it the end of September so I can get out of the training....lol
  22. I found the Carmel at Costco. They have 18 pack on sale this month for $20. I like the vanilla too. Haven't tried the strawberries and cream or the banana. By the way, I had to order online because the stores in my area don't carry Carmel or strawberry.
  23. Thanks....trust me I tried to get my insurance to pay, but my employer opt out of weight loss surgery. I figured I'll get a loan through care credit. I generally invest in other things, so I'll invest in my health. Thanks so much. Good luck to you! Keep in touch
