Protein powder question

I am wanting to get my protein powder on amazon, I found Nuticost Whey Protein Isolate. Does anyone use this brand? Or could someone recommend a good brand that isn't gonna break the bank?
Thanks!!

I haven't used that but do use Premier Protein, Protein20 water & Genepro, unflavored. And what you like before surgery you might not like after just FYI.

My personal suggestion is to get a few individual packs of different protein shakes because you will never know what you are going to tolerate after the surgery. GNC sells some great protien shakes and has a money back guarantee so if you don't or can't use it you can take it back. I had to take 5 different ones back after surgery because I was so lactose intolerant anything with isolate or whether made me physically ill. When I could somewhat tolerate a protein shake my go to was Unjury.

Researching along w/ suggestions, will always be your best friend. :D

Inspire, they're delicious!

My favorite is Unjury. My doc wants the meal replacement/shake to have at least 25g of protein per serving but Unjury Unflavored has 21 and I received a ? to use it. I seem to be OK as long as I don't have to smell it while drinking. I have held my nose at times. SMH! BUT with Unjury it does not seem to cause me problems.

What is Genepro and its controversy?

Add a question.

I use Raw Organic Meal by garden for life. It has 20 gm of protein. They also have Raw Organic Protein which has 22 gm of protein. Check out their website.

They're being sued for false advertising, claiming to have more protein in each scoop than they really do.

Source?

Can't open the page for some reason but will research this as I thought Sams Premier Protein was a good buy. Thanks---

Oh I thought you were asking for a source about the genero controversy that's the link to the lawsuit filing. I have no knowledge or opinion or links on premier protein
